FREE Fitness Assessment

The goal of any Fitness Assessment is to carefully measure fitness levels and set a base line to measure progress. In addition to taking measurements our trainers also take this opportunity to educate the individual on how to improve their workouts to ensure all of their fitness goals are reached in a timely manner. FREE Fitness Assessments include the measuring of: - BMI - BMR - Body Fat Percentage - Girth Measurements - Fitness Instruction - Discussing and setting fitness goals and time lines Plus much more!!

Get Fit Boot Camp Schedule

Get Fit BOOT CAMP - NOT just another aerobic fitness class. Boot Camps are carefully designed to increase an individuals metabolism by targeting muscle growth and hormone response. Each camp is loaded with exercises designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, form the couch-potato to the elite athlete. Boot Camps meet 3 times per week for 4 weeks, a total of 12, 1 hour camps. To assist each camper with their fitness goals they also have access to the Propulsion Fitness Online Meal Planer and Exercise Journal. A value of $58/month for FREE. Plans as low as $49.99 a month for 12 camps!

One-on-One Personal Training- The fitness trainers of Propulsion Fitness are highly trained in the science of exercise. Using your goals and their understanding of how the body responds to curtain stresses the trainers will personalize your workouts to naturally utilize your bodies hormone and metabolic responses to bring about optimal fitness levels quickly and safely.

There is NO substitute for One-on-One Personal Training but sometimes working out with your personal trainer and a small group of friends is a great way to keep yourself motivated!
